An at-a-glance Visual ROI for Outside Spending in the 2010 Congressional Elections. Looking at this page of pie charts from the Sunlight Foundation Reporting Group, I couldn’t get a sense of the scale of the amount of money spent in relation to the races won. I fully recognize that circles are less than ideal for showing scale, but I wanted to keep with their original pie chart theme. Think of it as a sort of visual ROI.
